Jon Vanstone is Chair of National Home Improvement Council and is recognised as an expert in the retrofitting of homes, building regulation compliance and competence. Jon has spent the last 20 years of his career designing and operating competency frameworks within construction and home improvement impacting at individual, organisational and sectoral level. Jon is a member of numerous construction industry and governance panels and is also Chair of BSR Industry Competence Committee and Certass Trade Association. Jon was Chair of Competent Persons Forum for 10 years and a member of BRAC, so has significant experience throughout the built environment.
